Why Was My Order Cancelled?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Orders can be periodically cancelled, and our system does not send out a notification with specific details. There are several reasons why we have to cancel orders, so please verify the following:
1. The address provided is incomplete and our system is not able to print a shipping label for the information you provided. Please double check the address before checkout.
2. You are ordering from a country we no longer service. Unfortunately, we would love for you to experience our product, but we have issues making sure our international orders are delivered in a timely manner. We want to reduce frustrations all around.
3. Out of stock. We try to keep our shop well stocked and updated; however, there are times when orders are not updated in real time and there is a discrepancy with the inventory (i.e.someone may have checked out and ordered the last one, while your order is being processed).

HOW CAN I PURCHASE ONE?

Now that our Kickstarter project has been successfully funded we plan to transition this site to have ecommerce capabilities. Our plan is to have our DokiGloves available for sale beginning March 9th - anytime now! Please come back at that time, or Like us on our Facebook page to get the latest updates. The cost for one will be $19.99 USD plus shipping and handling. We've worked very hard to keep costs as low as business sense allows, because we want to make our product available to as many artists as possible without cheapening the quality.

CAN THE CG ART GLOVE BE WORN ON EITHER HAND?

The glove is designed specifically to be worn either on the left hand or right hand. You will need to specify which hand at the time of purchase. We've made the sacrifice to be specific to each hand so that we can deliver an aesthetically custom glove that still maintains high quality standards.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Thanks to the success of our Kickstarter Campaign, our DokiGlove will be available in X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large. We will provide a sizing template for you to measure and determine what size fits you best. Stock and inventory is limited until we can continue to order more.

IS THE CG GLOVE WASHABLE?

Yes, the CG Glove by DokiWear is washable. The glove can be hand washed with cold (or warm) soapy water, and can be machine washed in COLD water. The glove should always be hang dried. DO NOT iron the glove.

WILL THERE BE MORE COLOR OPTIONS OTHER THAN GREY?

Yes, with enough funding and budget we will be able to introduce additional colors. Our focus is on grey primarily due to it being neutral so as not to interfere with the artist's color levels.

IS THAT REALLY MICROFIBER ALONG THE PALM RIDGE?

Yes, the Ultrasuede microfiber is specifically spec'd out from eye glass cleaning microfiber quality to help clean as you work. However, although the microfiber is a heavier weight and durable, it does not replace the normal cleaning that is recommended with a spray bottle and cleaning cloth.

WHAT IF I DON'T OWN A WACOM CINTIQ™? CAN I STILL USE THE GLOVE?

The CG Art Glove can be used with other smart tablets and devices that have capacitive touchscreen technology similar to that found in Cintiqs™ . The CG Art Glove can be used with any Wacom™  drawing equipment. These are devices that primarily rely on a stylus pen (or instrument) as opposed to the mobile tablets that rely on multi touch sensitivity. However, if you are a frequent interactive white board user, this is perfect for you as well.
