General Shipping

  • Orders ship Monday-Saturday.

  • We only ship via USPS currently. Please contact us for specific shipping needs if USPS is not preferred.

  • We don't process and ship your order until payment goes through and is confirmed.

  • Orders are normally processed in 1 to 2 business days.

When will I get my stuff?

  • All orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.

  • Depending on the USPS shipping method, it can take between 7-10 business days for Domestic orders. International orders can take 7-25 business days.

  • For alternate Domestic or International shipping needs to expedite orders please contact us at [[contact@dokiwear.com]] for a quote.

Is Tracking Offered?

In an attempt to keep rates and costs reasonable to you (our beloved consumer), certain features are limited and tracking is one of them. Depending on the type of USPS shipping you choose and the cost you are willing to pay, tracking will be an option.

An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (depending on USPS shipping method you choose).

Shipping Multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Rates - Domestic

GREAT NEWS for everyone ordering within the U.S. - tracking is available for all domestic shipping options!! For shipments to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), the following shipping rates are offered at check out:

  • USPS First-Class Mail® (6-10 business days after *processing) = $3.50 - $7 (weight influenced)

    • Tracking is available

  • USPS Priority Mail 2-Day Flate Rate® (2-6 business days after *processing) = $8.50

    • Tracking is available

  • USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day® (1 business day after *processing) = Currently Not Available

*Processing Times: In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times and arrival days, indicated above, will vary based on your specific region (i.e. If your shipping address is within a major metropolitan area, it will arrive sooner than if you are located in a more rural area).

You can also get the shipping cost during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping and cost options.

AK, HI, and PR

  • UPS 2 Day and UPS Next Day are available. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes in any of these locations.

  • USPS International First-Class Mail® (Expected delivery date varies by destination and country. Usually 10-25 business days after *processing) = $7.00 for 1-4 DokiGloves (weight influenced).

    • Tracking is NOT available

  • USPS International Priority Mail® Flat Rate (Expected delivery date 10-12 business days after *processing) = $28.00 for 1-6 DokiGloves (weight influenced)

  • USPS International Priority Mail Express® Flat Rate (Expected delivery date 5-10 business days after *processing) = $48.00 1+ DokiGloves. Please contact us for current rates before ordering.

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the contiguous U.S.A.

  • We, sadly, can't ship to everyone. We appreciate your interest in the DokiWear CG Art Glove (and related products), and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DHL Express and UPS Express

  • DHL and UPS Express both offer door to door tracking and packages normally arrive within about 3-5 business days after shipment. Keep in mind that your customs folks might want to inspect the cool gear first, which may delay it getting to your door. Going with this option is quite a lot more, and we recommend ordering several gloves if you plan to do this.

  • Contact us for best rates if you are bold enough to go with this option.

USPS International First-Class Mail®

  • For orders to Canada, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Israel, Portugal, Croatia, Estonia, Gibraltar, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, and Malta, we also offer Economy Shipping via local postal agencies.

  • International Economy Shipping is available for many (but not all) smaller, lighter orders -- less than approximately 4 pounds and totaling less than $400. Some restrictions apply.

  • Orders shipped using USPS International First-Class Mail® may take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery; tracking is not available. Please note that orders shipped via USPS International First-Class Mail® cannot be rerouted after shipment.

Customs Fees

  • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.

  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.

  • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".

  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

  • DokiWear has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. We are not responsible for your Customs fees.

APO/FPO Shipping

We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Some products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses and those are marked on the product page. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

  • The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"

  • The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"

  • The country must be United States.

  • You must enter your Zip code

  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number

Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
